The Eight Week Weight Loss Program
doesn’t have a “gimmicky name”. And there’s a reason for that! I don’t want the Program to be associated with any of the “fad diets” out there, that most people fail on!

How does it work?
Firstly, I need you to submit the form below to apply to take part in the Program. We screen applicants to make sure that the Program is a good fit for them.
The main contents of the Program are then delivered to you by email in an Information Pack, containing videos, documents, and spreadsheets. I send you an email and video everyday for the initial 10 day “prep phase”, in which we will together go through the Program contents little by little each day. By the end of the 10 day prep phase, you will be ready to get going and properly begin the Eight Week Weight Loss Program.
I continue to email you and send you videos regularly throughout the eight weeks, keeping you motivated and accountable.
You also gain access to the exclusive Eight Week Weight Loss Program Facebook group, in which you have further access to me for help and support. It’s also a cool place for you to interact and mingle with other participants on the Program too!
How does this differ to my Private One-to-One Online Coaching?
If you are looking to lose weight, but don’t feel ready to commit to my Private One-to-One Online Coaching, then this is just the solution for you!
The Eight Week Weight Loss Program involves a one-off payment for an 8 week-long online weight loss coaching package. You get access to me through a private Facebook group, but without the private correspondence with me involved in my private coaching. So, I am still there to help you along, answer questions, and to keep you on track! I will provide you with all the materials you need to “coach yourself” along your weight loss journey. This includes an email from me just about every day of the Program, as I teach you and guide you how to do it! As opposed to a tailored training and nutrition plan with lifestyle coaching, instead I provide you with numerous templates to choose from. You simply pick the template that suits you best, and I teach you how to tweak it to customise it to your needs. As opposed to weekly check ins with me, I instead show you how to make adjustments yourself to ensure you continue to lose weight. And I show you exactly how to monitor and track your own progress each week.
