You’re busy. You’ve got other commitments. You’ve got other hobbies and interests too. Basically, you have a life! And that’s great, and I want you to continue to have a life! I will be working with you, to help make exercise and healthy eating PART of your full and balanced life – but certainly not for it to take over ALL of your life! You don’t need the inconvenience of being in the gym and the kitchen for hours and hours each day! That’s not fun, and not necessary. We’ll have you reaching your goals through a realistic plan that fits in with your lifestyle.
Eating to lose body fat doesn’t have to be bland or boring. It doesn’t have to be expensive. And it doesn’t have to leave you hungry and suffering either! You will lose weight, while still eating the foods you like, and even incorporating some “junk food” too!
We don’t like crash diets. They don’t work. Well actually they CAN work. Except you end up putting any weight you lose back on, and often gain even more weight than before! That is why through working with me, we will get you losing fat at a healthy and sustainable pace. We want your weight loss to be permanent!
Additionally, we don’t like cutting out food groups either. Unless you have some kind of allergy or medical condition, we see no need to deprive your body of essential nutrients!
Flexibility and the option to personalise your diet is a big component in getting you to stick to your diet! This is why by working with me, we will get you losing weight while still eating the foods you like!

The method I use to deliver my coaching to you is through the fully integrated How I Stay Fit app, that you can access through your phone as well as through your computer. It is so straight forward and simple, and everything is fully tailored to your individual needs. You have full access to me at all times, so I am always there on the other end to keep you motivated and accountable, to make any modifications, answer questions, address any issues or concerns, or there if you just want to say “hi”, or hear some of my terrible jokes!
What you can expect from me:
• Results. Obviously!
• My time, attention, guidance, knowledge, and support. You can message me any time through the How I Stay Fit app, and I will respond as soon as I can. If you have any questions, concerns, issues, or just want to say “Hi”, you have full access to me.
• Accountability. I will check in with you at least once a week, to keep you on track to reaching your goals. I will not just check in with you to simply adjust your training, or to adjust your nutrition targets or suggest improvements / modifications. But I will also monitor, discuss, and help address other lifestyle factors, like daily activity levels, stress, sleep, soreness, energy levels, cravings, hunger, meal preparation, meal timing, meal ideas, weekly planning, and scheduling.
• Education and establishing good lifestyle habits. Through our check ins, our correspondence, the targets I set for you, and through the routine I help you establish, you will gradually learn how to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle yourself. You won’t need to rely on me forever! I will teach you to eventually carry on without me!
• Helpful tips and advice on maintaining an active lifestyle, eating healthily, and organising your schedule to fit workouts and meal preparation into your busy life!
• I will provide you with a tailored exercise program, with full exercise descriptions and demonstration videos. I use a variety of training methods to make your workouts challenging, productive, and fun. We will modify your exercise program as many times as needed so that it best suits YOU. I will monitor your training performance so to ensure that you are progressing and on track to achieving results. You will access your program through the How I Stay Fit app, so that you can track your workouts on your phone during training.
• Nutritional targets. I will set you targets for your food intake, so that you will still eat the foods you like (including some junk food!), and still reach your goals. I will suggest diet modifications where applicable too, along with food and recipe ideas and tips. I will monitor your food intake, and tweak your nutritional targets when needed, so to ensure you are progressing towards reaching your goals.
• Motivation, fun, bad jokes, and my exceptionally witty humour. I’m like the funniest guy I know, trust me!
How much does it cost?
All of this for just £75 a month - less than the daily cost of buying a coffee! It’s like having someone to hold your hand and guide you along the way, so that failure is not an option!
